Notice at collection
This page supplements the Privacy Notice for California residents. “Personal information,” “sell,” “share,” and “sensitive personal information” have the meanings given by California law. Yieldline does not sell personal information. Yieldline does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless a future, clearly disclosed and opt-out-controlled feature changes that practice.

Retention
We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Default control data is kept up to 24 months, raw evidence up to 13 months, consented analytics up to 13 months, and security logs up to 12 months. Billing, legal-claim, fraud, or incident records can be kept longer when required. Customer instructions and plan settings can shorten or extend product retention.
California rights
- Know the categories, sources, purposes, recipients, and specific pieces of personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. Yieldline currently does neither.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. Yieldline does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
- Receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights.
How to submit a request
Use the online request form or email support@sansavision.com. We verify requests by matching account access or sending a verification message. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority. We generally respond within 45 days and explain any lawful extension.
Global Privacy Control
Yieldline treats a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing for that browser where applicable. The consent interface also disables marketing storage when GPC is active. Because Yieldline currently does not sell or share personal information, the signal confirms the existing restriction.
Metrics and minors
Yieldline records privacy requests, response timing, and outcome for compliance operations without publicly identifying requesters. The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors.
