1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between Sansa Group AB, Swedish organisation number 559111-9507, Soldathemsgatan 20, 415 28 Göteborg, Sweden, operating Yieldline through its SansaVision division, and the person or organization accepting them. SansaVision and Yieldline are operating brands of Sansa Group AB, not separate legal entities. You must be authorized to bind the customer you represent and be at least 18 years old. An order form, Data Processing Agreement, or enterprise agreement can supplement these Terms. A signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. The service
Yieldline connects customer-authorized advertising, commerce, payment, product, app-store, and creative systems. It calculates economic views, identifies measurement risks, proposes actions, and can execute bounded actions only when the customer enables the relevant permission and autonomy level.
Features may be labeled preview or beta. Platform access, APIs, models, and partner services can change or become unavailable. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve core service and provide notice of material changes.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect one-time codes, passkeys, sessions, API tokens, and connected-account credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Each user must use an individual account. You are responsible for assigning roles and removing access when personnel change.
4. Connected accounts and permissions
You authorize Yieldline to access connected systems within the scopes you grant. Read and write permissions stay separate. You remain responsible for maintaining valid platform accounts, billing arrangements, balances, credit limits, tax settings, and permissions. Advertising platforms charge your customer-owned or customer-controlled account directly. Yieldline does not collect, custody, lend, advance, resell, or guarantee media funds, and you must not assign a Sansa Group payment method to your advertising account.
5. Acquisition Contract and automated actions
The Acquisition Contract expresses customer instructions such as cash ceilings, CAC limits, payback, confidence, exploration, approval, and emergency-stop rules. You must review these settings and keep economic inputs current. Autonomy never removes your responsibility to supervise campaigns and comply with law and platform rules.
Language models do not write directly to platforms. Yieldline uses deterministic policy gates and execution adapters, but software, APIs, delayed data, and third-party systems can fail. Use approval mode until you are satisfied with the service’s behavior.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your products, claims, audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, consents, notices, and legal bases. You must not use Yieldline to discriminate unlawfully, target prohibited sensitive categories, evade platform enforcement, mislead users, infringe rights, process unlawfully obtained data, or promote illegal goods or services.
You must not reverse engineer protected service components, interfere with security, probe other tenants, resell access without permission, overload the service, or use outputs to develop a competing model or dataset where prohibited by law.
7. Data and privacy
The Privacy Notice explains controller processing. When Yieldline processes customer data on your behalf, the data processing agreement applies. You grant the limited rights needed to host, transform, analyze, transmit, and delete customer data to provide the service. You retain ownership of customer data.
8. Creative assets and intellectual property
You retain rights in materials you upload and outputs allocated to you under the applicable Plotmesh or partner terms. You confirm that you have rights to instructions, source materials, claims, likenesses, voices, music, and brands you provide. Yieldline retains its software, designs, documentation, models, trademarks, and aggregated service know-how.
9. Fees, renewals, tax, and cancellation
Prices, limits, and billing periods appear at purchase. Subscription fees renew until canceled. You may cancel in product, effective at the end of the paid period, unless an order form says otherwise. Upgrades may be prorated. Approved creative production and other metered third-party work is billed separately and may be nonrefundable once consumed. Yieldline subscription fees exclude advertising media spend.
New self-serve subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments, where Sold through Link acts as merchant of record and handles applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST for the Yieldline subscription transaction. Stripe Managed Payments does not fund or settle your advertising-platform charges. You remain responsible for media spend, provider taxes and fees, your own income, payroll, withholding, and other business taxes, and any transaction not processed as a Managed Payment.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s nonpublic business, technical, and financial information using reasonable care and use it only to perform the agreement. Confidentiality does not cover information that is public without breach, already known without duty, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.
11. No financial or performance guarantee
Yieldline is business software, not accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice. Forecasts, confidence ranges, benchmarks, avoided-spend estimates, and model output are estimates. We do not guarantee profit, ROAS, CAC, conversion, platform access, account standing, attribution accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, customers, or third parties; respond to legal or platform requirements; address nonpayment; or investigate material breach. We will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure when practicable. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach. Data export and deletion follow the agreement and retention schedule.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility. Yieldline’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them or to fraud, willful misconduct, confidentiality breach, or infringement indemnities expressly agreed in an order form.
14. Governing terms and contact
The governing law, venue, and dispute process stated in an order form control. If there is no order form, these Terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden. Mandatory consumer law and non-waivable statutory rights continue to apply. Notices may be sent to the account email. Legal or support questions can be sent to support@sansavision.com.
